Social Media Manager/Front Desk Officer

We are looking to hire a smart, young, dynamic and creative individual for the role of Social Media Manager/Front Desk Officer who will be responsible for building and maintaining the brand’s communication and our clients’ social media presence, and creating content across all our social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Handling communications with clients and prospects.
- Managing the brand’s and multiple clients’ social media accounts, increasing followership and driving engagement.
- Formulating quality written and visual content for social media campaigns that can increase followership and engage users.
- Creating weekly and monthly social media calendars to ensure relevant content is released regularly and on time on various social media platforms.
- Tracking social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas; gathering and analysing data on content performance.
- Working closely with the team to coordinate actions.
- Take ownership of the email marketing function, including strategy, creation and execution.
- Coming up with creative ideas for growing through content.
- Creating e-newsletters.
- Managing the brand’s and that of our clients’ websites content.
- Performing other light duties when needed.
Requirements and Competencies?
- Bachelor’s degree or HND qualification.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent copywriting skills (Very important).
- Flexible and engaging writing style.
- 6months to 3 years working experience.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics will be a plus.
- Ability to deliver creative content (texts, images and videos).
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Proven work experience as a social media expert.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Must reside in or around Alimosho / Iyana Ipaja / Egbeda / Agege/ Ikeja in Lagos.
