Responsibilities:
- Administrative support, answering phones, checking and replying to e-mails, and monitoring social media outlets.
- Create promotional material, such as softcopy flyers and banners
- Run any errands, such as preparing mailings, setting up meetings
- Reminding of important tasks and deadlines
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Anchoring business presentations
- Managing social media handles for the organization
