Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support, answering phones, checking and replying to e-mails, and monitoring social media outlets.
  • Create promotional material, such as softcopy flyers and banners
  • Run any errands, such as preparing mailings, setting up meetings
  • Reminding of important tasks and deadlines
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Anchoring business presentations
  • Managing social media handles for the organization
