Marketer- Liason Officer- Zeta Brent Education

Zeta Brent Education (ZBE), a leading Education Agency is interested in employing a Liaison Officer (Marketer) with 2-4yrs work experience in its Abuja Office.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, s/he is to perform a variety of marketing duties including:

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Aggressively sell ZBE’s services and products to potential and existing clients
  • Establish and maintain existing ZBE clients and potential client’s relationships.
  • Identifying potential clients and strategic business partners.
  • Conduct client surveys regularly and ensure service delivery is consistent and
  • maintained at established standards.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns (escalate as required).
  • Investigate client complaints, determine source of issues and ensure corrective and preventive action is taken until complaints resolution.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting marketing events, including seminars and fairs
  • Assess potential client through detailed conversations and determine the appropriate school or course for client
  • Pick a variety of Schools based on budget, proximity and other available parameters and market to the client.
  • Regularly follow up on potential client at least every 48 hours
  • Student admission and visa counselling
  • Student conversion
  • Represent all ZBE partner schools
  • Oversee the completion of all relevant documents as required
  • Ensure students are closely guided from start to finish

LIAISON OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures admission process is completed promptly
  • Manage Zeta Brent external customer relationships
  • Provide information of required processes to new and existing clients
  • Maintain existing relationships with customers
  • Liaises with the relevant departments to facilitate their respective client processes
  • Prompt response to school search and other related enquires

Interested applicants must have MARKETING EXPERIENCE and be RESIDENT IN ABUJA.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word IS A MUST.

  • Experience working in an Education Agency, Travel Agency, or Administrative Firm will be an added advantage.
