Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and define value propositions for developing innovative Consumer Assets products and enhancements that will support the drive of the Retail business to achieve its business objectives.
- Drive sales of asset products through strategic support to sales channels on approvals and product knowledge, as well as synergize to seek business opportunities
- Lead the collaboration with relevant departments for the design and implementation of product launch strategies for product promotion campaigns and design of marketing collaterals for Consumer Asset products
- Coordinate and manage the development and
- implementation of efficient processes that deliver consistent superior customer experience across the channels to Consumer banking customers.
- Monitor the financial performance of consumer asset products versus set budget to ensure alignment,
- continuously conduct analysis and propose incentives to rectify shortfalls if any.
- Drive knowledge transfer and management across the bank’s sales force as it relates to consumer banking through customized reports that will drive the right behaviour of productivity from sales teams, as well as bridge knowledge gaps.
- Research and Monitor market trends, conduct market intelligence, economic trend and keep up to date with competition in order to develop the right
- products/initiatives
- Actively contribute to the review of credit policies on both existing and new products to ensure compliance with the Bank’s Risk appetite, Risk portfolio, Business strategy, Regulatory changes and industry survey.
- Develop & conduct specialized training on new products launched and raise awareness & application of relevant subject matter

Qualification &Experince:
- First Degree. Second degree will provide an advantage
- 8-10 years Banking experience with at least 4years in Retail Consumer Banking
