Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to Enquirers
  • Fixed assets management
  • Record keeping
  • Preparation of Bank’ letter and other correspondences
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Preparation of income and expenditure account
  • Ensure the office area is clean
  • Preparation of cash flow statement
  • Ensure financial transactions are recorded daily

Requirements:

  • BSc or HND in Business Administration or Accounting or any Management course
  • The age range for this position is between 20 – 32 years
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Fluency
  • Good in both Microsoft Word & Excel usage
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Good number of years of work experience
