Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to Enquirers
- Fixed assets management
- Record keeping
- Preparation of Bank’ letter and other correspondences
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Preparation of income and expenditure account
- Ensure the office area is clean
- Preparation of cash flow statement
- Ensure financial transactions are recorded daily
Requirements:
- BSc or HND in Business Administration or Accounting or any Management course
- The age range for this position is between 20 – 32 years
- Good communication and writing skills
- Fluency
- Good in both Microsoft Word & Excel usage
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Good number of years of work experience
